    Strategy has spent $635.2 million repurchasing STRC, including its latest $151.8 million purchase at an average price of $97.48, as the perpetual preferred stock trades below its $100 par value, currently at $97.34.

    SATA offers a 13% annualized dividend rate with daily payments, compared with STRC’s 12% rate paid semi‑monthly, helping it hold its $100 par value.

    ASST has gained 60% year to date, while MSTR has fallen 15%, underscoring the divergence in the firms’ common shares.

    Strategy’s Bitcoin treasury push and recent buybacks

    The Bitcoin treasury company has now spent $635.2 million buying back STRC, which currently trades at $97.34. The firm introduced a $1 billion repurchase authorization that has helped lift STRC from a low of around $71 to roughly $97.

    Strategy also purchased bitcoin for the first time in two months, acquiring 4,603 BTC for $369.7 million last week at about $80,000. The purchase raised its total holdings to 845,050 BTC ($65.9 billion).
