Gamma Prime operates a fully regulated private equity marketplace designed to open up new opportunities for investors and funds alike.

The platform specializes in providing access to sources of uncorrelated returns that are traditionally difficult to access. This allows investors to diversify portfolios outside of the public markets, the team says:

The management team brings together DeFi veterans, traditional finance professionals and Stanford PhD graduates with expertise in both blockchain innovation and institutional management, the platform emphasized.

«The Tokenized Capital Summit was more than just a gathering of industry leaders — it was a defining moment in connecting traditional markets with the new opportunities in tokenized capital», said Gamma Prime CEO Evan Szu. — «By hosting this event, Gamma Prime reaffirms its mission to provide global, secure and compliant access to private markets».
