    Crypto exchange Binance has announced the launch of the first annual The Blockchain 100 award. The program aims to recognize the most influential creators promoting education, innovation, and community development in the blockchain space. This is stated in a press release shared by the platform’s representatives with Incrypted.

    According to the statement, The Blockchain 100 aims to highlight individuals and teams that have made a significant contribution to the ecosystem through educational and inspirational content.

    A total of 100 winners will be selected in seven categories:

    • Industry Advocate: founders, entrepreneurs, and creators who support the development of Web3;
    • Independent Researcher: researchers who create in-depth and original analytics;
    • Trader: market experts in price analysis and trading strategies;
    • Community Builder: community leaders and DAOs;
    • Video and Live Creator: authors of videos and streams;
    • Crypto Press: journalists and media covering blockchain;
    • Rising Star: new names with great potential in cryptocurrency content.

    Binance emphasizes that The Blockchain 100 is an open and transparent process that ensures a fair selection through the participation of the community itself. The award is designed to honor creators who not only inform and educate, but also help the mass adoption of cryptocurrencies.

    The selection process involves community participation:

    • Nominations are open from September 25 to October 12, 2025. Anyone can submit a candidate, including self-nominations.
    • Voting will take place from October 15 to 26, 2025, on Binance Square. Verified Binance users will be able to cast one vote per category per day.
    • The winners will be announced on November 3, 2025.
    • The award ceremony is scheduled for December 3 during Binance Blockchain Week in Dubai, where the winners will receive medals and exclusive development opportunities.

    “Crypto has always been about the community and the people who make it possible. The Blockchain 100 is a nod to that spirit. Progressing the industry towards one billion users and beyond will take collective effort, and we want to recognize the individuals who have put in the hard work from the early days to help build this vibrant ecosystem,” said Rachel Conlan, Chief Marketing Officer at Binance.
