The bug bounty platform HackenProof, in collaboration with the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine (DIU), has announced the launch of the National CTF 2025, a competition for cyber professionals and enthusiasts, scheduled to take place from November 20 to December 1, 2025. This is stated in a press release shared with Incrypted.
The organizers noted that the event will be international and aims to bring together cyber defense specialists who are ready to test themselves in real-life attack and defense scenarios. The format includes three levels of difficulty:
- Level 1 — cryptography, OSINT and logic: testing basic skills in analyzing, decrypting, and collecting open data
- Level 2 — intermediate web pentesting: identifying and exploiting vulnerabilities in web applications
- Level 3 — advanced web pentesting: multi-stage exploits, privilege escalation, and lateral movement.
According to the statement, participants can work individually or in teams, and upon completion, will receive certificates, while the best will receive prizes and special awards.
The organizers stressed that the CTF covers key areas of cybersecurity, namely Web, OSINT, cryptography, forensics, reverse engineering, and other classic CTF categories.
The competition is supported by sponsors GigaCloud, WebbyLab, and Virgil Security, and crypto publication Incrypted has joined the media partners.
Registration is already open for everyone. The organizers called for:
“Register — Get access — Complete tasks — Win prizes!”
