Unchained Summit 2025 will take place April 28-29, 2025 at the Kempinski Central Avenue Hotel, Dubai. The event, hosted by Aeternum, is much more than a typical Web3 conference, organizers said.

It’s a gathering of founders, investors, regulators and business leaders who are looking to get on the cutting edge of decentralized infrastructure designed to transform identity, finance and trust in the digital world, they said.

The event team noted that Dubai is significant to the DePIN sphere. This jurisdiction has become a kind of hub, bringing together politics, capital and innovation. At the same time, Unchained Summit 2025, according to the organizers, is not so much the result of this process as its driving force.
