Ukrainian civil servants filed 2113 declarations with mentions of cryptocurrencies for 2024. This is 2,2 times more than before the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, follows from the data of Opendatbot.
It is known that the most popular crypto assets among officials were bitcoin, Ethereum and USDT. The first cryptocurrency was declared by 731 officials, the USDT stablecoin was mentioned in 802 declarations, and Ethereum — in 713.
Other popular assets were XRP, BNB, Solana (SOL), Dogecoin (DOGE), Cardano (ADA) and Litecoin (LTC).


The most active digital assets were declared by representatives of the National Police of Ukraine — 322 cryptodeclarations. Employees of the Prosecutor’s office mentioned crypto assets in 240 declarations, judges — in 227. Also, 119 officials from city councils owned cryptocurrencies in 2024.
Only 77 military of the Armed forces of Ukraine declared digital assets, and another 38 such documents were filed by representatives of the National anti-corruption Bureau of Ukraine.
As for the declaration of cryptocurrencies by region, the most officials with digital assets in Kiev and the region — 582 and 185 people respectively (767 total). Kharkiv region is in third place with 172 declarants, Dniprovshchina — in fourth place with an indicator of 167. Lviv region closes the top five with 133 persons who indicated in their reporting the possession of cryptocurrencies.
